Order Processing

All products are made to order.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
During sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. Clear processing and shipping expectations help customers understand when their order will be dispatched.

Within India

Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
Remote locations: 7–10 business days

5–10 business days (Processing + Shipping)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, courier operations, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹999 (change this amount if you prefer a different threshold).
Orders below the free-shipping threshold will be charged at checkout based on the delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation email
A tracking number
A tracking link

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

International Shipping

At present, Sacred Threads ships only within India.

We plan to introduce international shipping in the future.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Because every item is printed on demand:

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement.
Once production has started, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.
